Chief Adds to Award-Winning Short Throw Projector Mount Series

The latest addition – the new WP2 Series – provides ideal placement and alignment for mounting short throw projectors

Minneapolis, MN. USA (FEB 2012) – www.chiefmfg.com – Chief, an industry leader in mount, rack and interactive solutions, announces that it has added to its award-winning Short Throw Projector Mount Series. The latest addition, the all-new WP2 Series, provides flexibility, strength and precision when mounting short throw projectors.

Engineered with installer-friendly features, the new solution makes achieving ideal placement and alignment easy. Precision adjustment is made possible through micro leveling and lateral shift capabilities, and variable extension allows the mount to slide along the arm for infinite projector placement.

Adding to the level of flexibility, the WP2 Series can be mounted to a variety of surfaces – concrete, block wall, brick, dual wood or dual steel studs. Its integrated inlay-style cable management conceals and protects cables for a clean finish. You can also customize an install by replacing the removable logo card on the end cap of the mount with personalized information.

The WP2 Series is compatible with Chief’s RPA, Elite, RPA Mini and Elite Mini Series projector mounts, and also supports wall-mounted long throw projectors.

Three length options are available. The 24″ (61 cm) model is now shipping; the 40″ (102 cm) and 56″ (142 cm) versions will be available at the end of the month.

Chief to Release New Mobile Video Wall Cart

Available spring 2012, the new Fusion® Series solution creates freestanding video walls for temporary situations or when wall-mounting isn’t an option

The new freestanding solution makes it possible to construct video walls in prominent locations for temporary situations or when wall-mounted installation is not an option, and accommodates most 40–65” (102-165 cm) displays.

Available in two configurations, the freestanding walls can be combined with accessories to achieve videos walls up to three displays high and any width. Aligning the displays is easy with the cart’s independent height, plumb and lateral shift adjustments.

Then they were given 5 days to independently develop their own videos, and they all delivered in bringing new ideas, thinking and perspectives to the table.
